Lagoon View Maldives is a beautiful boutique accommodation option located North Ari Atoll, Maldives, offering a truly unique great house reef experience. It is accessible by a 90 minute speed boat transfer from Velana International Airport.
Lagoon View is an all inclusive retreat offering guests 3 gourmet meals daily, all beverages and unlimited use of non-motorised water sports. This beautiful hotel is sited along the beach and offers magnificent, uninterrupted sea views. This newly refurbished lodge welcomes guests aged 5 years and over and caters for a maximum of 25 guests at one time, making each guest’s experience a truly intimate one.
This magnificent retreat boasts private ocean-front villas that feature beautiful uninterrupted views of the ocean, and come fully equipped with modern furniture and amenities including hot & cold shower, bathtub, towels, free toiletries, air-conditioning, balcony, plus so much more.
Guests can enjoy many activities such as swimming, Lagoon View reef snorkeling, fishing trips, trips to uninhabited islands, diving, sea kayaking, yoga, picnics/BBQ, cooking lessons and spa treatments. Lagoon View also offers its own private vessel ‘Lagoon Cruiser’, that can be used for excursion trips to sand banks, sunset cruises , big game fishing, beach picnics and BBQs or other tours. Romantic Beach Villa: These villas offer ocean views with a comfortable extended balcony, outdoor BBQ space and private beach, outdoor shower and outdoor daybed. Room Size is 42m². Bedding is 1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 adults.
Junior Family Villa: These villas offer ocean views with a comfortable extended balcony and outdoor daybed. Room size is 30m². Bedding is 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 adults.
Standard Villa: Standard Villa or Deluxe Rooms offer a comfortable stay for 2 people . The room has ocean views with a comfortable extended balcony and outdoor daybed. Room size is 20m². Bedding is 1 queen-sized bed or 2 single beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 adults.
Family Villa : These villas offer ocean views and feature a front deck. Size is 33m². Bedding is 1 queen-sized bed and 2 single beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.
Dining
Open Daily from 7am to 9pm. Serving fresh Maldivian / continental dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner & mocktails. Menu changes daily. Guests will have the opportunity to meet with the in-house chef on arrival to discuss taste and dietary requirements.

Getting there
Speed Boat Transfer: Can be booked from 
Airport to Lagoon View Maldives 24hrs before departure. The cost of transfer is USD $50 per person/way. Departure timing from airport is 10:30am and 16:00pm. Departure from hotel -airport is 06:30am and 13:00pm. Luggage is limited to maximum 50kg per person and it is advisable to pack into 2-3 of weight not more than 25kg. No excess luggage will be charged and is allowed.
Sea Plane Transfer: Bookings should be made 48hrs before departure time. Velana International Airport to
Lagoon View will take approximately 20 minutes and cost USD $260 per person/way. Luggage is limited to maximum 30kg per person and must be packed into 1-2 small luggages. No excess luggage is allowed. Over sized suitcases cannot be taken onto the sea plane and may be transferred separately via speed boat. Excess luggage will be collected at the airport by the lagoon view reps.
Public ferry Transfer: Bookings should be made 48hrs before departure time. 
The public ferry operated by MTCC departs from Male to AA. Bodufolhudhoo (with stops at Rasdhoo island & Ukulhas island). You will be able to take a taxi from Airport to Male’ city / MTCC Villi-Male ferry and purchase the tickets at about USD $7 per person /one way trip. Scheduled week days from Male’ city to A.A. Bodufolhudhoo: Mondays and Thursdays (departure at 09:00am and expected time of arrival at 14:00pm). And from A.A. Bodufolhudhoo to Male’ City: Sundays and Wednesdays (departure at 09:00am and expected time of arrival at 14:00pm). Usually the transfer takes about 4-5 hrs (depending on weather conditions) to reach A.A. Bodufolhudhoo. 3 luggages per person is allowed and is limited to maximum 50kg per person. It is advisable to pack each luggage with not more than 25kg (this is to make easier for handing and avoid damages to the luggage). Excess luggage may be charged at USD $3-5 per piece as handling charges.
