Check inn / Check Out

  • The standard check inn time : 1400hrs
  • The standard check out time : 1130hrs

  • Late check out requests may be made through the reception desk only, and are offered based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price to confirm the booking

Extra bed & crib options

Cribs

  • Children 2 and under stay for USD 10.00 per person, per night when using an available crib.

Extra beds

  • Children from 2 to 12 years old stay for USD 20.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
  • People 13 and up stay for USD 30.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

Children rates

  • Children  below 2 years can stay for free.
  • Children from 3 to 12 years old sharing with parents bed can stay for USD 10.00 per child per night.

  • We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method are allowed on request.

We charge guests additional fees:
  • GST 16% not included in the price (unless specified)
  • Service charge of 10% – not included in price (unless specified)
  • Environment fee of $ 3 per person per night not included in price (unless specfied
